Return policy

These return conditions apply to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, UK, Australia and New Zealand

You have a right of return within 14 days of receiving your order.

The products can be returned without any problems.

The actual return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to the sender. This applies both to unsatisfied products and to defective products received.

Most packages include return labels inside the box. If this isn't the case, please email us at Info@zarellaofficial.com and we'll send you the labels digitally. You can then print them and include them with your return package.

Note: Only products in NEW* condition can be returned, we reserve the right to refuse any return with signs of use.

*New = These are unopened products in their original packaging and products that have never been used.

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive your refund within 10 business days using the payment method you used to place your order.

We comply with all relevant laws regarding returns and refunds.

We reserve the right to change our return and refund policies at any time to comply with applicable legal requirements.

We do not charge restocking fees for returned products. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we want to make returns as easy as possible for you.
